This is a classic of 60s TV! Loved Get Smart and especially the Cone of Silence. My other “thing” of his was. . . “Don’t tell me _______.” Then they would tell him and he would say, “I asked you not to tell me!” There were so many good bits on that show. Thanks for the memories, JoJo!

You’re welcome, Ray. Thanks for stopping by and sharing one of my favorite shows with me.

Linked here from Cindy Holman’s blog. Love your blog. I grew up watching Get Smart. When I was in 3rd grade, I used to complain to my teacher, Mrs. Gray, that there was too much racket in the class and that we needed “cones of silence.” She really liked me and my creativity. One day, I came in and she had a desk for me set up in a corner of the room with a bulletin board set up next to it that said, “Cones of Silence.” Even better, she had set me up next to the girl in the class who I had a big crush on. Good ol’ Mrs. Gray. Thanks for the memory.

No, I haven’t seen it. I loved Don Adams though, but I should see it.
