I’m sorry you had such an experience but am glad it all ended well. I’m so happy that you called them and let them know. Customer service will make or break a business.

Good for you for not letting it go and calling the store! It will save the next person from having to experience this kind of treatment.

Snubbing potential customers is a big no-no if you want to stay in business. I’m glad the management talked it out with you.

I will bet, though, that even though you know the managers didn’t approve of that behavior and aim to fix it, you will still have to overcome awkwardness and irritation if you do ever revisit the store. Now they will have to work twice as hard to impress! What a lesson in communication.
