Many years ago now, I wrote Say What You Mean: Overcoming Social Anxiety. Several of my customers have said the eBook has helped them a great deal, but one of my former customers came to me one day asking if I did any coaching.
As many of you know, I was an incredibly shy kid/young adult. It took me YEARS to break out of my shell and writing this eBook has given others the tools to do so. However, I realized that shyness and social anxiety are issues that require more than just an understanding of the problem. They need coaching to bring about true transformation and I am so happy to announce that I have felt the Lord leading me in this direction for a while now.
