Project GRAPEful continues…Recap:
We aim to bless our readers who, for the most part, have had a very difficult year in 2015. For the next 21 days until Thanksgiving day, we will be sharing inspiring stories and things we are “GRAPEful” for. We pray these tidbits bless you and that you and your family will find peace and strength each day. Day 18 Project GRAPEful | Grape Stuff.net
In thinking about the beautiful scenery of the Indy area, I find I am grapeful for the proximity to civilization. In NW Indiana, there were precious few places, events, teen fun events near us. Everything was in Chicago which was a far piece for us to drive, especially in the snow or thunderstorms.
Down here in Indy, there is just about anything you’d like! Our church is the furthest thing we drive to and even it is only 25 minutes away. There, my son has found a wonderful teen Bible group populated by many other Christian homeschoolers.
So today, I’m thankful for my son’s friends and activities he’s been able to connect with here in Indy!
