I don’t always have time to read all the newsletters, but I enjoy them when I do. One that I found especially helpful was the lesson from Cool Hand Luke – that if you are communicating with someone who has decided not to listen or agree with you, it doesn’t mean that you have failed as a communicator.

I just signed up for the newsletter, but so far I’m loving learning about the website and the various studies offered. The freebies are pretty amazing, too!

I’d enjoy this book. However, the newsletter has been so helpful. I like the JoJoisms, the brief articles and how JoJo’s heart for her readers and her message pour out of the words.
