I suffer from it, too. Since the weather got cooler at night, it’s easier for me to sleep. I can’t sleep in a hot and HUMID room. Plus, my bladder seems to wake up at night. After the firs time I wake up to potty, that’s it. I’m up every 15 minutes or so. I don’t think I’ve slept more than 3-4 hours at a time in a good 20 years, just about the time I got my fibro diagnosis. Since the lupus came on, it’s worse. I am ever hopeful, though, of grabbing that elusive 8 hours. . . at least once more in my life. LOL
