What kind of confusion is most frustrating to YOU?

I fall into the “Putting Slot A into Flap B” category. A set of directions can confound and confuzzle me to no end. Without pictures, that is. I am a VERY visual learner and need the dang pictures, right there with the words! I just got a new BlackBerry phone. This isn’t a joke. It honestly took me over an hour to figure out how to send a text message on it! I’ve been texting for a few years now, but NOT on a BlackBerry. I actually got so frustrated the phone attempted a maiden flight into the wall one night. . . but hit the hubby instead. He was not amused, but the phone is now usable AND. . . thanks to a good friend who found me an online tutorial where they put the pictures NEXT TO THE WORDS, I can actually do 3, maybe 4 functions on a phone with the capability to do thousands. Guess this one’ll keep me busy for the rest of my life, eh? :)

Ah, yes. Techie directions are the most frustrating to me.

I get frustrated with mechanical gadgets, also, but I think clutter around my desk or house drives me nuts! I honestly feel I’ll lose my mind if I don’t pick up and store things in their proper places. I know that’s extreme, but as I grow more tolerant of things that don’t go well around me, that hasn’t stopped. I’ve gotta have white space, so to speak. Clutter=Chaos.
Nice topic, JoJo.

There are so many things that confuse me – but I’m DETERMINED to learn them! I’ve had music software programs that you need a Master’s degree and a Doctorate in engineering to be able to figure it out – but I persevered and LEARNED THE STUPID THING!! Learning new things – especially as we grow older is not for the faint-hearted – that’s for sure! And they promise that it will keep us young ?
