That’s one of the things I talk about in Say What You Mean When You’re in Business. Often business owners do that too. I caution business owners not to appear as if you are in a hurry or your customers may not contact you for fear of interrupting and then may never hire you or purchase your products.

Wow, I hope this is not what it’s coming to! I have to say, though not quite as bad as what’s in the video, I have had messages left on my answering machine that I feel are somewhat like this. The person talked so fast I had no idea of what they wanted or how to call them back:-)
