And some say English aren’t important, didn’t they? LOL Now, I have to admit, I am the blonde in the blue. I mix metaphors all the time! It is like a glitch in my brain or something. I hate it because it makes me sound so stupid. I never thought of it being a language thing though. Now I even feel more stupid!

Wow, this is great. I really like the suggestions, finish the story and impromptu speech. I think both allow children to use their creativeness as well as think quickly on their feet. These skills are so important and if learned at a younger age can be honed as children mature.
This also helps kids to form opinions and articulate their responses. I find so many people do not do this well. In fact, if oral speech is improved the natural progression is an improvement in written work. I’ve seen it happen with my own children.
