    What a great resource, JoJo. In business, it is vital that can communicate what we offer and how it will benefit others. And we need to communicate it all in a clear, understandable way.

    Thank you ladies. This was actually one of the first studies I wrote. I was asked to write it by several of my friends who owned small businesses.
