While you may never have to give a formal speech in your entire life, you will not live one day without communicating something to someone.  Relationships require communication and good relationships require effective communication or the result can be disastrous.

Marriage, friends, neighbors, parents, employes and business owners all depend upon communication.  Shyness, being too bold and simply not knowing the best ways to communicate to a particular group or individual may result in conflicts.

Good communicators are not just for lawyers and politicians but for each of us in almost every aspect of our daily lives.  Studies show that effective communicators do better in school, have closer relationships, are more successful in business, have more opportunities to make a difference and are even happier than their less articulate counterparts.

Learning to be a better communicator is often seen as boring or intimidating, but it doesn't have to be.  Not with Art of Eloquence!

JoJoism#20 "Do not mistake speaking for communicating.  One involves an ability and the other mastery." JoJoisms: Revealing Life's Truths...as I think of 'em!

Say What You Mean: Defending the Faith teaches teens and adults how to share and defend the faith in grace and with respect.  This study shows you how to have an informal debate (casual conversation) that helps you answer the most common questions and misconceptions the world has about Christianity and Jesus.

Are you comfortable with questions like these?

~What about all the horrible things done in Jesus’ name?

~If there is a God, why is there so much suffering?

~Why are Christians so intolerant?

~Doesn’t the Bible contradict scientific evidence?

What gets in the way of us sharing our faith?

~Anti Christian bias by the media and others

~Fear of violating "Separation of Church and State"

~Lack of understanding of how the Bible is relevant in today’s world

~Fear of being labled "intolerant"

~Lack of understanding of how science fits in with God’s Word

~Fear of losing friends or a job or of getting a lower grade in college

~Lack of understanding of how to go about answering the world’s questions

Say What You Mean on a Job Interview eStudySay What You Mean on a Job Interview You’ve taken great pains to write the perfect resume.  You’ve spent days searching for jobs online, you’ve contacted headhunters and written meticulous cover letters.  Your hard work has finally paid off and you have a job interview scheduled.  You’re feeling good because you’re well qualified for the position.  But stop for a moment and consider this.  The economy is bad and jobs are scarce.  Companies are being overly cautious about hiring the right candidates.  It doesn’t necessarily matter how well qualified you may be for the job but rather whether the person who interviews you agrees.    So the question to ask yourself is whether you’re confident in your ability to convey to the interviewer that you’re the right person for the job.

Say What You Mean The Language of LeadershipSay What You Mean: The Language of Leadership Leadership is all the buzz right now, but leadership is so much more than power or charisma.  Leadership, Godly Leadership, true leadership, is so much more than that!  After all, James Humes said "The art of communication is the language of leadership."

The Language of Leadership is an 18 week eCourse where you will gain inspiration.  If you feel, as many great leaders have,  unprepared for the mission He has you on,  The Language of Leadership will teach you...Why we need leadership skills, What a leader isn't, 16 Biblical qualities of a leader, Why a leader needs effective communication skills, What a leader looks like, How to package yourself as a leader, Powerful leadership words/speech, Techniques to sound more like a leader, Tips for the dreaded handshake, even for women, How to communicate confidently, even when you're not, How to tone down a bossy nature, How to effectively lead your children, How to get ahead in Direct Sales, How to handle hecklers and naysayers, and more!

21 Days to More Godly Communication The Lord shares literally hundreds and hundreds of scriptures in His Word that instruct us on the use, misuse and benefits of our tongues, mouths and words.

I began writing articles on my blog and one day I decided to issue myself a challenge to write a communication article every day based on 21 of my favorite communication scriptures. The response to my blog series was amazing!  I covered topics in scripture from Proverbs to Psalms, Philipians, Ephesians, Isaiah, Ecclesiastes, and from 1 Peter to 2 Timothy!

Say What You Mean: Overcoming Social Anxiety takes you through my painful struggle and teaches you to overcome your social anxiety (shyness) in a fraction of the time.  Even better, it allows you to do so in a creative and fun way.  I have a surprise for all you who feel painfully shy too!  This eCourse can take you from social anxiety to social butterfly!  Yes. This eBook will not only give you the tools to become more comfortable in social situations, but it will take you through mastery and on to execllence!

Say What You Mean: Avoiding, Reducing and Resolving Conflicts.  Almost all conflicts under Heaven are caused or are exacerbated by communication problems.  Studies show that misunderstandings cause not only hurt feelings and anger, but often violence as well.  Conflicts can destroy a marriage or a friendship.  Misunderstandings can build a small disagreement into a wall that will not allow a relationship to continue.  Mistrust, fear and pain often follow conflict and they can be formidable opponents even in the face of conflict resolution.

Say What You Mean: Debating the Issues helps you understand the issues, but it also teaches you tips and techniques for presenting your Christian conservative viewpoints in a way that will be much more effective and friendly.
